Things have changed and my my how it has changed. First they have changed how they seat customers. Horrible is all i can say. Seating here use to kinda suck but at least all you had to do was wait. Wow this early and late seating thing is dumb. I feels like i am in grade school being herded to chow. Wait out side till they are ready to seat us. Then line up in no kind of order move as a herd to the cafeteria. Once in 4 people trying to seat over 100 tables. (But as one of the employee\u2019s said \u201cit\u2019s easier on the employees\u201d) kinda pissed me off don\u2019t worry about the customers they are only paying $30 plus to eat and be served here. (Oh by the way I almost never complain about restaurants.) Next lets have all 100+ tables get up at once and line up again to get our food that took about 20 min to get our food. Now to the food wow what a drop in quality. I bragged to everyone how great it was. Was so disappointed when the quality was not even up to Golden Corral standards. Service was ok but definitely what it was last time we were here. So so so disappointed in this restaurant. We will never come here again. So bad. The idiot who came up with this customer service plan was stupid.
